Scissor Legs With Resistance
To do this ab exercise you will need an 8” inflatable ball and a resistance band. Begin by lying on your back on the floor. Place the ball at the small of your back. Keep your abs tight throughout the exercise. Now, secure a resistance band around your ankles and lift your legs so that they are perpendicular to the floor. Spread your ankles about 4 ft. apart and then bring them together again. Repeat the motion for 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
